Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Times

Orders are picked and packed within 48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days depending on your location. Rural addresses may take slightly longer. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping rates apply to all orders. Orders over $90 qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping costs for orders under $90 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Couriers

We work with a third-party logistics provider to pick, pack and dispatch your orders. Our logistics partner selects the most appropriate courier service for your order. As a result, the courier used may vary between orders. Some orders may also be dispatched directly from our suppliers, in which case the courier and dispatch timeframe may differ slightly from the above.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking may not be available for all orders depending on the courier and fulfilment method used.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us at hello@treasures.co.nz as soon as possible and we will do our best to make changes before your order is dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@treasures.co.nz and we will investigate with our logistics provider on your behalf.
