Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Opened or used nappy and wipe products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@treasures.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and faulty items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, so we can make it right. Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards, regardless of the 30-day return window.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used nappy and wipe products
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Please get in touch if you have any questions about a specific item before returning it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@treasures.co.nz.
